Tammuruwi (Encounter Bay Bob)

Tammuruwi (or as he was known amongst the European settlers, Encounter Bay Bob) was one of the local Aboriginal people who made it an effort to communicate and interact with them.  Using historical (colonial) documents, Chester Schultz from Encounter Bay himself, researched the life of Tammuruwi in detail as much as possible.  Published here for the first time with Chester's permission, this biography will be a first as well in re-claiming names and stories as much as known of the First Australian people.
